Refund Policy

Full Refund Eligibility
Customers are eligible for a 100% refund of the total amount paid if the cancellation request is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled reservation date and time.

Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled reservation are not eligible for a refund, as operational resources have already been allocated and confirmed.

Cancellation Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official customer support channels. The time of receipt will determine eligibility for a refund.

Exceptions
Los Cabos Airport Shuttle Services reserves the right to evaluate exceptional circumstances (e.g., flight cancellations or medical emergencies) on a case-by-case basis; however, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
